M.P. Evans Group PLC’s name was changed from Rowe Evans Investments PLC following a merger with two other companies, Bertam Holdings PLC and Lendu Holdings PLC. As the shares of all three of these companies were already traded on AIM, no admission document for M.P. Evans Group PLC was required.
